 If a mistake is made with your order, you may contact us for the missing item(s). You will have to provide proof in order to grant your request. Without proof of our error, your request will be denied. 

In order to protect the health of our customers, returns/exchanges will not be accepted. All of our items are final sale. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Very Rare Boutiquee ships orders every Friday. Please allow us up to 2-3 days to process your order and 3-5 days for standard shipping.  We ship through USPS allowing us to offer Fast, Cost effective, Domestic Shipping for our valued customers. You will be notified if there are any issues with your order. After Very Rare Boutique ships your order, it is out of our control. If you are experiencing any type of delays (more than 8 days at the latest) email, text, or dm us to resolve the issue. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We are also not responsible for mis-entered shipping information. If your package has gotten lost or stolen contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue through USPS.

All of our inventory comes from overseas, which are disinfected when they arrive. Also, we wear gloves while packaging your orders to keep the direct contact with your items minimal.
